COMPENSATION: US$20,000 per month from November 2025 through June 30, 2026; US$15,000 per month effective July 1, 2026, under an ongoing engagement.

Communications relating to GridAI Technologies Corp. should be considered paid promotional communications and not independent research.

NEXTTRIP, INC.

NASDAQ: NTRP

Oncore Network LLC is currently engaged by NextTrip, Inc. to provide investor awareness, investor communications, digital marketing, shareholder engagement, corporate advisory and related market-visibility services.

AGREEMENT: Investor Growth Engine (IGE) Services Agreement dated July 1, 2026
TERM: 12 months
COMPENSATION: 50,000 common shares of NextTrip, Inc. AND US$3,000 monthly management fee

Mixed Martial Arts Group Limited, doing business as MMA.INC., engaged Oncore Network LLC under an agreement dated June 23, 2026.

TERM: 12 months
COMPENSATION: 220,000 common shares of Mixed Martial Arts Group Limited
VESTING: Shares vest six (6) months after commencement.
